pypy-rply software package provides pure Python based parser that also works with RPython (PyPy), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install pypy-rply
pypy-rply is installed in your system.
Make ensure the pypy-rply package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep pypy-rply *
You will get with pypy-rply package name, version, architecture and description in a table
